Refund Policy

Our services are provided on a 12-month minimum subscription term. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Clients are liable for the full payment of the 12-month term upon cancellation, as detailed in our terms and conditions.

Our services are structured as a subscription with a minimum commitment term of 12 months, with fees payable in advance of each billing cycle.

When you subscribe to a plan, you are agreeing to this minimum term.

Due to the ongoing nature of our analytical work and strategic planning, which begins immediately upon engagement, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees.

In the event that you choose to terminate your subscription before the 12-month term is complete, the terms of our agreement require payment for the full remaining balance of the subscription term.

This payment is due immediately upon your notification of termination. Upon the end of the final paid billing cycle, we will cease accessing your analytics data and providing our services.

According to the terms of the Subscription Agreement, fees paid for any of our tiered subscription plans are non-refundable.

Our policy is structured around the fulfillment of the 12-month service commitment rather than providing pro-rata refunds for early cancellation.

Therefore, no refunds are issued for months already paid, and clients are responsible for the fees covering the remainder of their 12-month minimum term upon cancellation
